We are the company that specializes in Manufactuirng of sterile injectable. Our facility designed as to comply with all regulatory requirements. Our aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing services are meticulously designed to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance, ensuring our products remain free of microbial contaminants as they make their way from our facilities to patients.

INNOCURE PHARMA have capability to collaborate with you from Development to commercial supply. The factory strategically located in Cheyyar - Sipcot Industrial Complex at Mathur Village near Kanchipuram Tamil Nadu, which is 91 km from Chennai international airport, and 113 km from Chennai Port. The Facility is spread across 2, 60,000 square feet of land

Salient features of Innocure Pharma manufacturing facility include

  • Separate Dispensing room, component steriliser, Manufacturing room and aseptic area entry and Exit for each filling line. Designed individual suit for each filling line to avoid the cross contamination
  • Fully automated integrated filling lines
  • CIP,SIP in-builted manufacturing reactors
  • Every processing are served by dedicated air handling unit, which has complete automated system to control temperature, Humidity and room pressure
  • Facility designed to complies with unidirectional flow of men and materials movement as per cGMP.
  • Purified water generated through Primary treatment plan followed by secondary water treatment with RO(Reverse Osmosis) & EDI (Electron de Ionization). Purified water distribution loop system in built with on line monitoring of conductivity, Velocity and TOC.
  • Water for injection generated through MEDS.Generataed WFI distributed through loop system controlled and monitored temperature, conductivity, Velocity and TOC on line .
  • Nitrogen,Oxygen and pure steam generated in house,controlled and monitored .
  • Well equipped Quality Control Laboratory with modular furniture including H.P.L.C., UV Spectrophotometer, KF Autotitrator,pH meter etc.,
  • Separate well equipped microbiology laboratory with Sterility area under class 10,000
  • Well equipped stability chambers to study the product with different climatic condition.
  • FR&D equipped with lab scale filling machine for product development.
